The Nigeria Air Force has launched another operation codenamed ‘Wutar Daji’ meaning ‘bushfire against banditry.
Chief of the Air Staff Sadique Abubakar said that it is an air interdiction operation to finally flush out the bandits Terrorizing Katsina state and the northwest region.

Air Marshall Sadique Abubakar stated this during the supervision of construction of the central flying school, Katsina housing the runway and aircraft hangar to make the NAF more effective and efficient in the ongoing operations.
The bushfire operation will support a joint military onslaught against bandits in the area.
