Nigeria has donated medical supplies worth N67 million to Sao Tome and Principe.
In a statement issued by the Special Assistant to Nigeria’s Minister Of Foreign Affairs, Sarah Sanda , the donation of five tonnes of medical supplies, followed a presidential directive, and was done by the Acting Head of East and Central African Affairs Division in the Ministry, Tukur Maigari.
The medical equipment consist of units of test kits, extraction kits, infrared thermometers and Personal Protective Equipment, PPE

Sap Tome and Pribcipe’s Charge d’Affaires, Djazalde Agujar, expressed appreciation to the Nigerian Government for the assistance in efforts to ensure the Island nation’s 20,000 population effectively tackle combating the COVID-19.
