The Nigerian center for disease control (NCDC) has on Wednesday morning confirmed two new cases of the global epidemic, coronavirus in Nigeria.
In a tweet from the verified handle of the organization, the two new cases were identified in Lagos and Osun state respectively.
“Two new cases of #COVID19 have been confirmed in Nigeria: 1 in Lagos and 1 in Osun”
The both new cases are returning travelers to Nigeria in the last 7 days.
The new confirmation takes the total confirmed cases in Nigeria to 46, 43 active cases, one death and two discharged patients.
