The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC reports 148 new Covid-19 infections in 14 states as number of confirmed cases in Nigeria rises to 60,982
The states with new Covid-19 cases include Lagos-66; FCT-25; Oyo-13; Plateau-11; Kaduna-7; Rivers-6; Ebonyi-5; Ekiti and Ogun-4 each; Imo and Ondo-2 each; Edo, Nasarawa and Taraba-1 each.

There are 51 Covid-19 patients discharged across Nigeria bringing the total number of successfully treated cases in the country to 52,194.
There is no new Covid-19 fatality reported in Nigeria in the last 24 hours with the national death toll at 1,116.
