A newly released Nigeria Reputation Perception Index has revealed that the country is still far from earning strong global confidence.
The index places Nigeria at 35.2%, raising concerns that the nation’s image, both locally and internationally, could negatively impact foreign investment, governance, and national pride.
The 2025 index, released by the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, NIPR, surveyed respondents across all 36 states, the Federal Capital Territory, and 37 countries spanning six continents.
