There are now 19,147 confirmed Covid-19 cases in Nigeria following 667 new infections across the country.
The 667 new cases are in Lagos-281, Abia-48, Oyo-45, FCT-38, Ogun-37, Enugu-31, Ondo-23, Plateau-21 and Edo-19. Others include Delta and Rivers-18 each; Bayelsa and Akwa Ibom-17 each; Kaduna-14; Kano-12; Bauchi-9; Gombe-4; Osun, Benue, Nasarawa and Kwara-3 each; Ekiti-2; Borno-1

The new figures from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC show that 274 Covid-19 patients were discharged bringing the number of successfully treated cases to 6,581.
The figures also show that there were 12 new Covid-19 fatalities in the last 24 hours thst have taken Nigeria’s death toll to 487.
