Nineteen of the 36 states in Nigeria have reported 758 new Covid-19 infections in the last 24 hours. This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 74,132.
The FCT has 305 new Covid-19 cases; Lagos-152; Kaduna-103; Bauchi-44; Gombe-35; Plateau-31; Rivers-17; Sokoto-15 and Kwara-13.
Other affected states are Kano-9; Ebonyi-8; Ogun-5; Osun-5; Oyo and Edo and Anambra-4 each; Bayelsa-2; Ekiti and Taraba-1 each.
There are 180 Covid-19 patients discharged in last 24 hours with the total number of successfully treated cases in Nigeria now 66,494.

Meanwhile, 3 more persons have died of Covid-19 related complications in Nigeria with thy national death toll rising to 1,200.
