Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC is reporting 310 new Covid-19 cases in 12 states in the last 24 hours. The total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in the country is now 68,937.
The federal capital territory, Abuja, leads with 128 new Covid-19 cases; Lagos-86; Kaduna-26; Katsina-20; Rivers-19; Oyo-7; Benue, Edo, Jigawa, and Ogun-5 each; Bayelsa and Kano-2 each.
There are 183 more Covid-19 patients discharged across Nigeria including 128 from the community-based treatment in Lagos state. This brings the total number of successfully treated cases in Nigeria to 64,650.

There is report of one more person dying of Covid-19 related complications in Nigeria in the last 24 hours with the national death toll now 1,180.
