From global projection, the Natural Medicine Market is expected to hit $5 trillion by 2050 and for Nigeria to benefit from it, there must be a deliberate support for Natural Plants biodiversity.
This was the take of the Director-General of Nigeria Natural Medicine Development Agency, Professor Martins Emeje at a forum on research collaboration with one of Nigeria’s best universities in Lagos
Professor Emeje who also disclosed that investment in Natural Medicine can generate over 3.8 million jobs said the Agency has resources to produce medicine for Cancer and other life threatening ailments.
