The Nigerian army is constantly reviewing its operations, tactics and strategies to be better equipped to handle the various security challenges facing the country.
The chief of army staff, Lt Gen. Taoreed Lagbaja made this known at the Maxwell Kobe cantonment during a seminar on intensify warrior ethos, regimentation,lessons learnt and PTSD for officers and men of the 3 Division.

The seminar which is organized by the army headquarters department of transformation and innovation is in line with the chief of army staff command philosophy which is to enhance operational efficiency and learn lessons from operational mistakes to better equip the men to tackle security threats in the Country.
The chief of army staff who was represented by the general officer commanding 3 division and commander operation safe haven Major General Abdulsalam Abubakar said it is necessary for commanders at all levels to rejuvenate the fighting spirit of their men through discipline, regimentation and critical thinking in order to achieve operational success.
The seminar has an array of resource persons who shared their wealth of experience with the men to better equip them for the task ahead.
