The Nigerian Army has paraded about 66 suspected terrorists, bandits, kidnappers, and armed robbers terrorising Nasarawa, Benue, Kogi, Kaduna, Kwara, Niger, Zamfara, and Ekiti States.
Commander 4 Special Forces Doma, Major-General Moudey Ali who paraded the suspects in Doma Local Government Area at the Forces Headquarters warned that tougher times await anyone caught perpetrating criminal acts in the country.

The rate of kidnapping, rape, banditry, and other criminal activities on a daily basis has become very worrisome in the North-Central region of the country, a situation the Commander said is receiving attention.

Ali explained that about 41 out of 66 suspects are members of the Terwase Agwaza (Gana’s) gang who are in the forces net while the other 25 suspects are picked across the other North-Central states.

He said the Special Forces Command was directed by the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant-General Tukur Buratai to embark on combat operations to end criminal activities in the North-Central zone.
Ali said 7 of the forces members loss their lives in the operation.
