Nigeria’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Abiodun Adejola has been elected Chairman of the International Labour Organisations, ILO Governing Body.
Adejola in his first speech after the election says he will ensure that President Tinubu’s policies aligns with global best practices, especially as it relates to workers and employers.
Nigeria will occupy the ILO Governing Body Chairperson seat until June, 2024.
