The International Fund For Agricultural Development-Value Chain Development Programme, IFAD-VCDP, has signed a Memorandum Of Understanding with the Nigerian Meteorological Agency, NIMET On Climate Change Adaptation, Sustainability and Improvement of Agriculture.
Speaking during the signing, National Coordinator IFAD, Garba Bala said the MOU is aimed at improving yields, mitigating the vagaries associated with climate change, as well as reducing the risk of crop failure.
