The Nigerian government has fixed Friday, May 24, to open the student loan application portal.

This is contained in a statement by the managing director of the Nigerian education Loand fund, NELFUND, Akintunde Sawyerr.

The statement signed by NELFUND spokesman Nasir Ayitogo says through the portal, students can now access loans to pursue their academic aspirations without financial constraints.

According to the statement, the portal provides a user-friendly interface for students to submit their loan applications conveniently.

It encourages all eligible students to access the portal by visiting NELFUND’s website.
