Nigeria’s rising swimming sensation, Abdul Jabar Adama, has shattered yet another record at the ongoing 16th Africa Junior Swimming Championships in Cairo, Egypt.

Adama’s outstanding performance brings Nigeria’s medal tally at the championship to three including two gold and one bronze, all courtesy of his individual efforts.

President of the Nigeria Swimming Federation, Chinonye Aliyu, had the honour of presenting the 50 metres freestyle medal to Adama, who is fast becoming a household name in Nigerian sports.
