Nigerian multi-award winning Raggae Dancehall and Afrobeats star, Burna Boy will on July 8, 2023 make history as the first Nigerian artiste to headline a U.S. stadium; as announced by Billboard on Monday, April 3.
Burna Boy’s July 8 “Love, Damini World Tour” will hold at the Citi Field Baseball Stadium in New York City, United States.

The “Common Person”, “It’s Plenty” singer is expected to make stops at Paris La Defense, London Stadium and Gelre Dome in Amsterdam.
Burna Boy’s Citi Field stop, being produced by Live Nation; falls on the first anniversary of the singer’s latest album, Love, Damini.
The album has peaked on the Number 2 spot on Billboard‘s World Albums Chart and had received a 2023 Grammy nomination for Best Global Music Album.
In April 2022, the “Last Last” singer became the first Nigerian act to headline the Madison Square Garden for his concert that was billed as “Burna Boy Presents One Night in Space.”
The Grammy Award winner, Burnaboy in his previous cover story told Billboard it has always been his vision to build a bridge between all Black people in all parts of the world through music and live performance.
