Nigeria’s Minister of Health, Umar Pate, has called on African nations to step up planning, investment and health workers’ capacity building, long before any disaster strikes.
Pate said this while adressing delegates during Africa’s health security and soverenthy agenda in Addis Ababa.
He advised that no investment is too much in the health sector
