The Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar says the military and other security agencies are working in collaboration to achieve the nation’s mandate to defeat security threats confronting the nation.
Air marshal Abubakar stated this during the graduation of 182 students of Junior Course 89 of Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji in Kaduna.
Represented by the Chief of Policy and Planning NAF Headquarters, Air Vice Marshall Isiaka Amao, the air chief says the political, economic, diplomatic, social and military lines are all working in synergy to defeat threats to the nation’s security.
Air marshall Abubakar says the strategy of the military particularly during counter-insurgency operations are crucial and must be guided by the Armed Forces Act, Standing Operating Procedures and Rules of Engagement.

The junior course is structured to lay a solid foundation and prepare the officers for operational level field and staff work.
