Residents of Kano were left stranded at the regional office of the National Identity Management Commission, as they were denied access to the premise due to the on going strike at the commission.

The development has crippled activities within the premises as observed by AIT.

The usual busy premises of the commission was a shadow of itself as the doors to most offices remained closed and the sits, empty of people.
