The Nigeria Immigration Service in Katsina State has said it rescued a total of 33 victims of human trafficking between March and May
and arrested 4 suspected human traffickers.
The Comptroller of Immigration in the State, Abdulrazaq Muazu, made this known while parading 10 rescued victims of human trafficking including an 11-month-old baby girl.

He said that the command is prepared to arrest the syndicate groups operating and using the borders of Katsina to perpetuate their illegal business.
