The Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, says it will insist that the ongoing Constitutional amendment will include making state governors accountable for the security votes collected.

At its ongoing Central Working Committee meeting, the NLC President, Ayuba Wabba, described the insecurity in the country as growing from bad to worse.

The NLC said that it is organising a national security summit on the 29th of this month, where Nigeria’s key stakeholders will gather to articulate a way to save the country from collapse.
