Bendel Insurance Football Club has maintained its unbeaten run in the ongoing Nigerian Premier Football League, NPFL, by holding their opponents, Kwara United to a one-all draw at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City.
Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki and his Deputy, Philip Shaibu were among the dignitaries who turned up to watch the match day thirteen fixture at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium.

Alao Muhammed of Kwara United scored the first goal of the match in the sixty-eighth minute.
Bendel Insurance Deputy Captain, Echeta scored the equalizer at the seventy-ninth minute.
Governor Godwin Obaseki and his Deputy Philip Shaibu were on hand to cheer the Benin Arsenal as they continued to lead Group A with twenty-seven points.
They were impressed with their performance so far and hoped that the team will continue to make the state proud.
The Governor was happy that investments by the State Government in the sports sector is beginning to yield results.
Thereafter, Obaseki proceeded to give out one hundred jerseys to fans of Bendel Insurance.
