Enyimba has confirmed the appointment of Yemi Olanrewaju as their substantive Head Coach.
Olanrewaju was in charge of the People’s Elephant on an interim basis in May, after Finidi George left the post to take charge of the Super Eagles.
The young tactician turned down the chance to work with Finidi at Rivers United.
The former Golden Eaglets Assistant Coach signed his contract with Enyimba at the club’s secretariat in Aba on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old joined Enyimba as an Assistant Coach in 2022.
He played a crucial role in the club’s title success in the 2022–23 season.
