The Abia State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, has arrested four suspects for alleged involvement in illegal dealings on Petroleum Products.
Parading the suspects, the state Commandant of NSCDC, Vincent Ogu, said the suspects were arrested along Ubakala Junction of the Enugu-PortHarcout expressway while conveying about 50 sack bags, containing two Nylon Bags of 25litres capacity each, of Petroleum Products suspected to be AGO, in a truck.

The State Commandant further informed that the suspects, loaded some bags of Saw dust on top of the truck with the intent to deceive operatives of the Corps on patrol.
Some of the suspects claimed they were not aware that they were into an unlawful business
According to the Commandant the suspects will soon be charged to court after investigations.
