The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, Edo State command has arrested four suspects with adulterated Petroleum product.
State Commandant of the Corps, Aniekan Udoeyup, during a briefing with journalists at the command’s headquarters said the suspects, including the owner of the product, were arrested, by the anti-vandal unit of the corps on the Benin Sapele road.
The commandant of the Nigeria security and civil defence corps said the arrest of the four suspects was a breakthrough in the fight against criminality and other vices in the state.

The Corps public relations officer Efosa ogbebor during a parade of the suspects said they have made useful information to the corps, and would soon be arraigned in court on completion of on-going investigation while the suspects narrate their involvement in the crime levelled against them.
The corps however assured Edo people that with collaboration of other security agencies, it will ensure that the state is rid of criminality and criminals.
