They were apprehended in the Birnin Magaji and Tsafe Local Government Areas of Zamfara State.

The NSCDC image maker said that aside from taking the fuel from what he called, a dark spot, they violated the Executive Order, banning the sale of petroleum products in jerricans in the state.

According to Muhammad, two of the suspects were arrested in Birnin Magaji with 1,296 litres, while the other two were in Tsafe, with two hundred and seventy-five litres of the product.
