The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, Kwara State Command has paraded a 65-year-old man, Samuel Damisa for allegedly defiling a 10-year-old minor, at Agba-dam area, Ilorin the Kwara State capital.
Briefing journalists at the NSCDC State Command Ilorin, the State Commandant, Ayinla Makinde, stated that the suspected rapist was picked up after a tip-off by a concerned neighbour who once caught them in the act.

The NSCDC Commandant in the State, Ayinla Makinde, said the suspect confessed to have committed the crime having lured the minor into the ungodly act with fifty and hundred naira respectively.
Makinde, however, maintained that the suspect would be charged to court to face the consequences of his offence.
