The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, Kwara State Command has paraded two men who have been accused of defiling two girls between age 14 and 16 years .
Addressing AIT in an exclusive interview, the Head of the Gender unit in the Command, Dada Toyin while describing the incident as an act of wickedness said the case was reported to the command by a relative of one of the victims.
In the year 2021, over seven hundred cases of crimes were reported at the Kwara Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, with over seventy percent of the reported cases falling into rape category thereby raising concerns among residents including Officers of the command.

The Command disclosed that the suspects would soon be charged to court and advised members of the general public to be careful while having male strangers around their daughters
Only recently the command was on a public enlightenment campaign against sexual abuse in the state.
