The leadership of the Nigeria Union of journalists, NUJ has frowned at the incessant attacks on Journalists by politicians and security agents in the country.
Speaking shortly after its second quarterly National Executive Committee, NEC meeting in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, the Union’s President, Chris Iziguso said Journalists that would be on duty during the forthcoming Edo and Ondo Governorship elections must be protected from all forms of attacks.
He also berated the state of insecurity in the country.
