The Ogun State commissioner of police, Abiodun Alamutu has advised parents not to allow their children and wards to participate in the widely reported Nationwide Protest against bad governance begining first of August.
Alamutu who addressed security stakeholders in the state, Monday at the Ogun State Command police Headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta explained that the citizens have the constitutional right to peaceful protest and the police their constitutional right to protect lives and property.

He assured law abiding citizens of police protection while doing their normal businesses
The meeting was attended by traditional rulers, parents and security stakeholders across the state.
