The Nigeria Police, Ogun State command on Wednesday paraded twenty three cultists and armed robbery suspects at the state command headquarters Eleweran, Abeokuta.
Addressing journalists, the Police Public Relations Officer, Ogun State command, Abimbola Oyeyemi said due to the sudden upsurge in cult-related clashes in the state, the state commissioner of police, Frank Mba put in effective machinery to fish out the suspects.
According to the Police, a cultist, and armed robbery suspect, Omori Williams accosted a victim, Edet Godwin at gunpoint to transfer money from his bank account to one of the cultists’ bank on 27th, February 2023.
