Ondo APC reconciles aspirants, members ahead of November 16 governorship election

The All Progressives Congress, APC in Ondo State says it has reconciled all aspirants, including members that participated in the party’s primary election that produced incumbent Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa as governorship candidate.

Arising from a stakeholders’ meeting held in Irele Local Government area of the state, ahead of the November 16 Governorship election, the party leadership said all aggrieved aspirants and members have resolved to work for the victory of the party.

The leaders who include the Special Adviser to the Governor on health, Simidele Odimayo and chieftains from the Local Government Area, described Governor Aiyedatiwa as a unifier without any current opposition to his reelection bid.

One of the governorship aspirants , Morayo Lebi said all aspirants that contested against Governor Aiyedatiwa are currently on the same page with him at the moment.

Others commended the leadership style of governor Aiyedatiwa especially the drive to bring all party members and stakeholders on board.
