The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, Ondo state command says effective synergy with other sister Agencies is already yielding positive result in the fight against illegal bunkering and other crimes in the state.
The state commandant of NSCDC, Eweka Edenabu gave the revelation while parading Six suspected vandals who were involved in oil bunkering and unlawful transportation of over 100,000 litres of illegally refined Automated Gas Oil, also known as diesel
It was another success story for officers and men of Ondo State command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.
Operatives of the Antivandal unit of the NSCDC intercepted three trucks conveying over 100,000 litres of illegally refined Automated Gas Oil, AGO, also known as diesel.

Six suspects were arrested in different parts of the state in connection with the illegally refined diesel
The commandant of the corps,Eweka Edenabu said effective collaboration with other sister Agencies have been helpful in reducing activities of oil Bunkering and transportation of illegal refined petroleum products.
Some of the suspects speak on their involvement in the act.
The suspects are expected to be charged to court after conclusion of investigation.
