The New Commissioner of Police in Ondo State, Oyediran Oyeyemi has resumed duty with a resolve to work with all legally constituted security agencies to ensure security of lives and property.
Oyeyemi was officially welcomed on Monday to the Ondo state headquarters of the command by senior officers of the force.
Oyeyemi assumed office as the new Commissioner of Police (CP) in Ondo state; 4 days after his deployment by the Inspector-General of Police.

The police chief declared that the command is ready to work with other security agencies under the law to sustain the existing peace in the state.
The new CP said he was in the state to ensure that residents of the state sleep with both eyes closed.
He called on the people of the state to avail the police and all legal security agencies information on suspicious movements in their areas for immediate intervention.
Oyeyemi is the 41st Commissioner of Police in Ondo State Police Command.
