The Nigerian Army has reaffirmed it’s readiness to the protection of lives and property particularly during the coming Yuletide celebrations and beyond.
General officer commanding, 2nd Divsion, Ibadan, Major General Bamidele Alabi disclosed this during the flag off of operation still water 111 in Igbeti, Orire local government area of Oyo state, where he noted that the operation is to address pockets of security challenges especially in the isolated areas of Oyo state.
