Education development has received a huge boost in Osun state as the State Governor, Ademola Adeleke launched the Osun school feeding programme.
The state Governor used the event to assure Residents of his commitment to the development of education in the state.
The Osun school feeding exercise for public primary school pupils was stopped during the last administration in the state leaving many food vendors to their fate.
But the narrative has now changed with the flag off of the Osun State School feeding programme by the state Governor Ademola Adeleke who assured residents that the exercise will commence immediately
The governor who was represented by the secretary to the state government, Teslim Igbalaye said government is giving priority to education
The flag off was a moment of joy for the food vendors as the state Government announced the payment of a monthly stipend of ten thousand naira each to the vendors
Stakeholders lauded governor Adeleke for sustaining the program which they said will improve the quality of education in the state.
