Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has launched additional N200 million fund to support Small and Medium Enterprises in the State.
Speaking at the Staff Development Center in Abeere Osogbo, Governor Adeleke emphasized the critical role of SMEs in economic development.
Over 3000 small and medium enterprises will benefit from the additional funding to support enterprises in Osun State.
Governor Ademola Adeleke who was represented by his deputy said his administration recognizes the role of small scale businesses, and described them as the backbone of the State’s economy which provides jobs, innovations and sustainable livelihoods.

Commissioner for Cooperative and Empowerment, Bayo Ogungbangbe, explained that the program aims to create wealth in Osun State by reducing poverty level.
Beneficiaries who lauded the new project, commended the Governor for the support.
