The outgoing British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Catriona Laing, says Nigeria remains a strategic partner in all endeavors, but that its leaders need to do more to ensure its nationals have the required trust in those in authority.
The High Commissioner said that the conduct of credible elections and punishing electoral malpractice is key.
