Sequel to the spate of insecurity in Nigeria, especially the gruesome murder of the Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Lawan Andimi, by Boko Haram terrorists, members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), led by the General Overseer, Enoch Adeboye, have embarked on a prayer rally on Sunday for the country.
In a solemn walk, the church members marched through major streets in Ebute Meta area of Lagos State starting from its former Headquarters to Oyingbo Junction which is a distance of about 2 kilometers.
Pastor Adeboye, in a sermon, condemned the incessant killings in the country especially the gruesome execution of the CAN Chairman in Adamawa State.

The RCCG General Overseer led the parishioners to pray for the country for God’s intervention to restore Nigeria on the path of peace.
