The Acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Umar Damagun, says the contributions of the late Founder of Daar Communications Plc, Raymond Dokpesi, will be greatly missed by the party.
Damagun was speaking after a courtesy visit to Taraba State Governor, Colonel Kefas Agbu (retired), at the Taraba State Government House, in Jalingo.
It was the first official function by the new Governor of Taraba State, who received a delegation from the national body of the Peoples Democratic Party, led by the Acting National Chairman, Umar Damagun.
Damagun says the delegation is on a mission to visit all PDP governors in the Northeast.
He also described Taraba as a PDP State that has always stood out, since the return of democracy in 1999

The PDP Acting National Chairman also condoled Daar Communications over the demise of its founder, Raymond Dokpesi, describing him as a committed chieftain of the PDP, who delivered on all his responsibilities.
Taraba State Governor Kefas Agbu, says the visit by the delegation from the national body of the PDP, is a motivation for him to give his best to the Taraba people.
He says his administration will unite the state towards achieving growth and addressing other challenges.
Governor Kefas Agbu reassured the Taraba people, that he is the best man for the job, and will prove so in the days to come.
