The Acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP Umar Damagum has been appointed by the party’s National Working Committee as Ag. Chairman of the party.
This is coming after the former chairman Iyorcha Ayu stepped aside as chairman from the office after a Benue high court sacked him from office on the 27th of March.
The new chairman Umar Damagun after his appointment promised to review recent decisions by the party, which led to the sack of some of its members allegedly involved in anti-party activities
