The Peoples Democratic Party’s board of trustees, BOT 81st meeting is on at the party’s national secretariat, Abuja.
Presided over by the secretary of the BOT, Ahmed Makarfi, on behalf of the chairman of the BOT, Adolphus Nwabara, who is said to be outside the country at the moment.
Makarfi stressed on the need to uphold the party’s ideology and values, members unity to better position the party for victory.

The acting national chairman of the party, Illya Damagum at the meeting believes wranglings within the party will be settled.
The bot later went into a closed door in preparation for the party’s national executive committee, NEC which will commence shortly.
