The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has said its recently concluded South-South Zonal Congress has depicted the party’s unity and determination to galvanise Nigerians to rescue the country from alleged misrule.
The National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Kola Ologbodiyan, in a statement, described the South-South Congress as peaceful and notes that just like the South-East and the North-East, there is a huge difference between the Peoples Democratic Party and the All Progressives Congress, APC, whose congresses and other activities are often marred by violence and manipulations.

The party congratulated its new South-South Zonal Chairman, Dan Orbih, for his emergence through what it described as a transparent and credible process.
