The G-5 Governors Have Said their Door is still open for reconciliation with the national leadership of the People’s Democratic Party PDP
Governor Nyesom Wike disclosed this when they paid a visit to the Bauchi state Governor Bala Mohammed in Ramat House Bauchi state north east Nigeria.

Some members of the PDP G-5 Governors, the Rivers state Governor Nyesom Wike, Benue State Governor Samuel Ortorm, Enugu State Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, and Abia State Governor Okieze Ikpeazu with the exception of Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde paid the visit to Bauchi state governor, Bala Mohammed.
Rivers state Governor Nyesom Wike while speaking said as members of the PDP they were in Bauchi to fraternise with the governor and to discuss other challenges regarding his reelection bid and that they have not close their door for reconciliation.

Governor Bala Mohammed appreciated the governors for the concerns raised, saying he spoke extensively with the PDP Presidential Candidate regarding his challenges.
In another development Benue state governor Samuel Ortorm has retracted and apologized to Nigerians over his recent statement on the Fulani Ethnic group.
Their visit Came a day after Bala Mohammed Met with the PDP Presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar at his Abuja Residence.
