The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Osun state has described as unfortunate the action of the state government, denying the party access to all facilities formerly requested to hold the party mega rally.
Addressing a press conference, the Caretaker Chairman of the party, Akindele Adekunle says the party had formally requested for three different locations for the purpose of holding its mega rally but were denied.
He said the state government should know that public facilities are meant for the use of the public
Adekunle said all efforts made by the party’s governorship candidate, Sen Ademola Adeleke in appealing to the governor to intervene were met with a brick wall.
The party has eventually resulted to using its secretariat at the Biket junction in Osogbo, the state capital for the mega rally.
