Governors elected on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party PDP have called on President Mohammadu Buhari to lift the so-called “no-flight zone” and other intimidating tactics imposed on Zamfara State as similar measures have not been extended to similar State’s with security challenges.

This formed part of the resolutions reached by the PDP Governor’s in Makurdi the Benue State capital.

The communique equally noted and condemned the alarming drift of the country which if allowed to continue will make Nigeria a failed State under the watch of the All progressives congress APC Government.

The PDP Governors expressed deep concern and alarm at the deteriorating relations between groups in the country as all its frontlines and differences are being stretched to the limit by a government that clearly lacks the capacity to govern.

The meeting noted that the APC has been unable to even have a democratically elected national executive committee as required by the Nigerian constitution and therfore has no business running the affairs of an entire country.

It futher expressed surprise that APC Government instead of bowing out in 2023 is planning to retain power haven done an abysmal and terribly poor job of their current questionable mandate.

The Governors received brief from their national chairman Prince Uche Secondus and chairman board of trustees senator Wali Jubril and assured Nigerians that help is on the way.
