The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors’ Forum has congratulated the Governor of Delta State and Vice Presidential Candidate Ifeanyi Okowa and two other Governors in the party on the conferment of the National Honours of Commander of the Order of the Nigeria (CON) on them by President Muhammadu Buhari.
The other Governors are the Governor of Enugu State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and his counterpart from Taraba State Governor Darius Ishaku.

In a statement signed by the Director General of the Party’s Governors’ Forum, the Chairman of the forum and Governor of Sokoto State Aminu Tambuwal said the award was in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the development of Nigeria.
The forum further felicitated with family and friends of the Governors, while demanding that they keep up the good work.
