Mixed reaction has trailed a recent call by the All progressives congress APC for the impeachment of Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom over what they described as a total mismanagement of local councils aimed at totally annihilating local government system in the State.
In reaction, the People’s democratic party saw the call as a manifestation of the lack of depth of thought by its opposition members whom they say have shown themselves incapable of basic comprehension of how the local government tier of administration functions.
The main opposition party in the State, the All progressives congress APC throws the first shot calling for the impeachment of the State Governor Samuel Ortom over what it termed as mal administration of the local government councils in the State.

The ruling People’s democratic party is swift to respond.
While the ruling party insists that it is politics taken to the rock bottom of negativity its main opposition maintain that only when the Governor is ruthlessly shown the exit door out then sanity will return to the State.
