The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Katsina State has rejected the results in 6 out of the 11 wards of the just concluded Bakori State Constituency Bye election and vowed to challenge it at the tribunal.

The Chairman of the Party in Katsina, Salisu Majigiri, who stated this while addressing newsmen at the party secretariat, alleged that the election was characterized by massive rigging, use of authority by some high profiled government officials, intimidation, and votes buying.
