With a view to nullify the February 25, 2023 Presidential Election, Peter Obi and the Labour Party have filed a 51 ground Notice of appeal challenging the decision of the Presidential election petition court in its judgment which affirmed President Bola Tinubu as winner of the polls.

Obi and LP averred that the Justices of the court of appeal erred in law and thereby reached awrong conclusion when they found that the Petitioners have not specified the particular polling units where the alleged irregularities and malpractices occurred, or specified the figures of the votes or scores which they alleged have been suppressed, deflated or inflated.
